Find Your Items
If you lose a connected item, simply press the "Call Device" button in the Tuya Smart app. The device will emit a sound to help you locate it easily.

If you lose your phone, press the device button twice. Your phone will ring, even if it’s on silent, helping you locate it easily.
Anti-Lost Feature
If the device loses connection with your phone, your phone will emit an alert sound to notify you, helping you avoid losing your items.
The last known location is also automatically recorded. You can check the "Location record" in the app to see the item’s last known location.
Ringtone and Volume Settings
You can customize the device’s ringtone and volume level through the app. Just tap "Select Ringtone" to choose a tone, and "Default Volume" to adjust the volume.
